Held in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, this inaugural summit draws leaders and officials from Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria. The forum is designed to enhance cross-border economic collaboration and support for local communities. Notably, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Romanian President Nicusor Dan, and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic have joined the discussions, while Slovakia is represented by a senior official from its foreign ministry.

Key discussions at the summit are focusing on improving transport and energy infrastructure, with the goal of boosting regional mobility and strengthening trade and investment ties within the Carpathian region. Nearly 100 projects from the participating nations are under consideration, showcasing the potential for extensive regional cooperation and development.

Poland’s reaffirmation of support for Ukraine underscores the importance of regional unity, particularly in the context of Ukraine’s European integration efforts.
